So I bought the limited edition Halo 4 and my xbox 360 died. So I got a new one this week. Now I’ve downloaded my maps from my season pass. And they won’t work… Says I have to buy a season pass. Microsoft customer support said I had to post a comment on here to get it realized by them. This all makes no sense at all. Help please!!!

Hello there. I have also encountered this problem. On another post someone said that 343 currently has this under investigation. However only take this with a grain of salt, I could be wrong idk. The point is it’s really ticking me off too.

It appears no one at Microsoft knows what they are doing and no one at 343I does either. This really sucks… I don’t they have but one person checking these threads. Or do they care as they have given up on supporting halo 4. I would love to be proved wrong

After 8 hours of time with customer service I have gotten the option to by the season pass I own and then be refunded the cost. So now my maps work… Only took a full work day to get what I asked for 7 hours ago in talk time with them. Great Job Microsoft and 34:I. Thanks for supporting your fans and your dedicated people… Lmao
Did you try any of the methods I suggested in the other post you commented in first? Those methods have worked for the people who tried them and it would have saved you a lot of time just by reading other forum posts first.

Microsoft and 343 refuses to support their season pass for halo 4.
imagine if nintendo did the same thing to mario, mario would be dead.
as far as i’m concerned master chief is dead with the support he gets.
I will never buy another 343 game again on xbox. thank god destiny comes out on sony
