Halo 4 S1: UNSC Hornet Vehicle

The Official Halo Waypoint Store just went live and is selling a Halo 4 S1: UNSC Hornet Vehicle collectible/toy. The Hornet collectible is for sale alongside a series of other Halo 4 items including the Halo 4 Master Chief, Halo 4 Cortana, Halo 4 Banshee, Halo 4 Crawler, Halo 4 Elite Zealot, Halo 4 Spartan Soldier, Halo 4 Spartan Warrior, Halo 4 Warthog, etc.

Since the Hornet is specifically branded Halo 4 alongside the other Halo 4 items, can we assume that the Hornet will be in either Halo 4’s campaign or multiplayer experience?

Every other item on this page with Halo 4 in the product title appears in-game. I understand that toys cannot be used as absolute proof, but what are your thoughts on this?

Edit: Every other Halo 4 collectible/toy actually has Halo 4 on the box. The box for the Hornet just reads Halo. The imagery is conflicting, however. While the box simply says Halo, there is clearly an image of Requiem on the box as well. The UNSC Hornet was released in August and it appears that the action figures were taken right from Halo 3. Conclusion: This is not proof that the Hornet is in Halo 4. The box and title is potentially very misleading.

I’d like to hope that 343 are keeping a human air based vehicle up their sleeve so to speak, but the cynical (and more reasonable) part of me just see’s this as a slight re-branding of their existing product line.

Looks like it’s in Halo 4. Wait, it’s made of metal? I just might need to buy this one.

The box is labeled with “Halo” which is very general. And the actualy action figures are ripped straight out of Halo 3.

It might not be in multiplayer, but there is a possiblity of it being in campaign.
