In certain missions there is a radio hidden on the map. Once shot the first few chords of the RvB theme will play, this triggers special dialogue later on in the mission.

If you haven’t gotten the achievement yet, on Ep. 3, Ch. 4 there’s a little radio on the top of a tree on the right of where you immediately spawn. Shooting that should give you the achievement and is the only one I remember finding
