Is there a certain way to get Rogue Armor or how do I get it? (Still starting the game)
It is one of the 8 specializations.
First off, you need to reach SR-50 first, and then you can enlist in a Specialization.
If you’ve bought the Limited Edition, you will have all of them.
If you played before November 20, you will recieve an email with a code to unlock the 6 other Specializations.
Otherwise you will have to wait until Rogue gets released to the public.
You have to level up to SR-50 then complete the Rogue specialization.

You actually don’t have to complete the entire Specialization.
Here is the general pattern for any given Specialization in Halo 4
1-4 emblems
2-Chest
3-Shoulders
4-Helmet
5-Emblem Background and I think Weapon Skin as well
6-Visor Color
7-Chest with Skin
8-Shoulders with Skin
9-Helmet with Skin
10-Tactical Package or Support Upgrade for the Specialization
