I know i may get flamed like " your jumping to conclusions" or something but im not going to spend 60 bucks on a terrible game when i could put my money torwards other things… So i.gave gamestop 60 bucks like a dumb-Yoink- for preorder in full for the game. Can i get that money back should i decide that this will not be a game i want to buy? Or did i just waste $60 of my cash?

You can actually do that, as long as you made a deal that includes a refund this long after purchase.
Say your moving and you want to preorder it in your new location. I actually had to do that at one point, you can only cancel so many preorders at once though
