I just redeemed a 1 month code and when I go to play Halo 4 it makes me silver. Then when I go to the dashboard it shows that I’m gold. I tried other games and it shows me as gold but Halo 4 doesn’t and won’t let me play Spartan Ops. What the hell is going on? I reset my 360 many times but it didn’t do anything.

Weird man. Only thing I can recommend is clearing your system cache. If that doesn’t work try and reinstall the multiplayer disk? Just some general troubleshooting tips don’t know if it’ll help

Yes but here’s the thing. I can’t put it back to Xbox Live because it tells me to sign into a valid Gold account.
I had a two week Xbox live trial and halo 4 kept trying to tell me that I didn’t have permission to play matchmaking. It worked eventually after I shut it off and turned it back on a few times…
