Halo 4 "Reclaimer" Cinematic Lighting Issue

I’ve compared the cinematic from H4 MCC to H4 on Xbox One, and there definitely seems to be some lighting issues within the MCC version (ex. missing shadows, dynamic lighting, etc.) within the Infinity command center. It is a small bug, but I hope for it to be fixed soon. Thank you.

I logged off, changed games, even reset my xbox. This issue is still there.
