Hi, my friend is having a problem where after every game, it like resets him to level 1. His double xp won’t count, and his challenges won’t count. Basically he can’t gain xp or level or anything, and he’s tried restarting his xbox, backing out of the menu and nothing is fixing the glitch.
im having the same problem and its pising me off
sounds like so many players are on playing that it’s not updating your rank to the servers correctly. An overload of new players all at once I am guessing.

same thing is happening to me… says i am a level one but i am really a 7 … really frustrating… can’t use any new weapons because i am glitched as a level 1…? won’t let me use my new custom loadouts
many players are facing the same problem, some said it’s the Double Exp codes , or the servers…
Did any of you download the preorder armors? Mine was working fine until I did that.

The game just launched there is bound to be problems in the first 24 hours it will get fixed. To many people trying to play at once it happens.
