Im not here to ask whether or not you want a 1-50 ranking system or a reach style rank system, but do you want to see the same rank names/emblems in Halo 4. Would you like to see the return of the Field Marshall - Inheritor Ranks return? Im sure people will have a bias if they want the 1-50 system, but im curious what people want.
and lets try and make this a friendly argument :] Voice your opinions, don’t rip people apart because they feel differently than you.
The rank names in Reach were pretty cool, and I liked the emblems for them, too. The ranking system isn’t much of a concern for me in Halo 4, so I’m fine with anything

They would be more appropriate given the forunner involvement in Halo 4 as opposed to Reach. If we’re just talking about what the ranks are called and not the progression/XP/cR system, I don’t see why not.
