So Basically i went Halo 4 to find that all of the armor for the game had been unlocked (including the dlc armor that have download)!
Even my rank had been “HACKED”, i pressed the start button to find that i was a level 50, when before i was a level 120, i went to look at my spartan in a costume game and it said i was a level 1. I looked at my service record and it said im a level 2…
I even played a game and no change… i cant earn credits or anything…
I have detected my Xbox Live account and recovered it 5 times! to see if it was that and it is not…
I have also deleted the last update for Halo 4 and the last Xbox System update and reinstalled them no change…
So could someone please help me! Could i please get resat or something…

You should contact XBox.com in tech support for that and let them investigate it. You would need to provide them the number of your harddrive, your GT, and just in case the barcode on your XBox 360 counsle. Hope that helps I would do a video chat or call by phone number or email ither of those three things but I suggest video chat. Tell them everything that happened. If they don’t do anything contact bs angel about it she’ll find out who hacked your account. Hopefully though xbox.com will find out who did it. Hope that helps. I would suggest though to contact bs angel as a last resort if xbox.com doesn’t get back to you.
Youre Waypoint profile says you’re a 130. I’m guessing it’s just an issue with your connection to the servers that are reading your gamertag data. It may or may not be a fault on your side (connection being bad), but could be a serverside issue, which is usually what it is. You just have to wait it out until it corrects itself. It’s only cosmetic, so don’t worry so much about what it says.
I contacted Microsoft support yesterday, they said that I should make a post on Halowaypoint and wait to see if the problem gets solved… So thats what I have done and a lot of help that is…

Mine was buggy for about an hour yesterday. Sometimes the servers just get bogged down. Also, don’t scream “hacks” just because you don’t understand what is going on. It’s very unbecoming.

It was buggy here on Waypoint on that day that was the problem. Happens often. 
Sounds like what happened when my younger cousin modified credits to be quite honest.
