I was playing halo 4 matchmaking and i got all the pre order dlc and my friends unlocks and im lower than him in rank i never pre ordered and we play on the same xbox is there something that can be done?

DLC is shared between all profiles on one Xbox. There was some bug preventing that from happening with Halo 4, but they released an update and now anyone on the same Xbox has access to the DLC
