I preordered Halo 4 through Amazon.it and they said because of a technical difficulty I could not get the promotional specializations, skins, the CIO WEB and the two Spartan and Bulletproof emblems. Please help! My order number was 403-6742793-1454700 (recieved October 1st 2012)
When did you pre-order? The game has been out almost two months now? There’s nothing we or 343 can do, you need to take it up with amazon.
Seems they have no more the codes, so they couldn’t give you. And sadly noone other can give you, except someone with an extra code in the mood to gift…
I was told to post this by Xbox live customer support, all the information is there. Elaine, the person I spoke to, said the Halo team could do something about it. I already contacted amazon about it… No help there.

I don’t see how 343 can help. They developed the game, that’s it. Publishing and distributing is MS’s realm and the order is the retailer (Amazon)'s responsibility. You aren’t going to be able to get much help out us I’m afraid
