I recently found my preorder codes (i know a bit late) and id like to get the stuff… but i think the website is down or something cuz it doesnt work… any help?

First off, you can’t use the codes twice, are you sure they haven’t been used yet?
another possibility is that you are doing the code(s) wrong, or you just can’t connect to the servers at this point!

If you haven’t used the codes yet, have you tried redeeming them on your console?
If you have already used them previously, just download them from your download history to restore them.

Are your pre order codes 25 characters long, separated into groups of characters? If so then those codes has to be redeemed on the Xbox Marketplace on either xbox.com or on your Xbox 360 console.
If they are not as I mentioned, then the codes could have been part of an external promotion (not by Microsoft) and that promotion has likely ended. If thats the case then it seems you have missed out.
Yeah it must have been an external promotion because the codes are 20 characters long with a space every 4. Thanks for the help Phil Mitchell62 too bad i cant use them…
