Halo 4 Preorder Bonuses Question

Hey I just had a question about some of the preorder bonuses for anyone who has prior experience with these.

I have Halo 4 reserved and I know Gamestops running a promo for more rewards than just the Forest Armor Skin, Heres the site:

Now how/when do you receive these rewards, I also have Black Ops II on reserve, I already received the Poster from Wave I, and I know you get Nuketown 2025 when you pick it up (same with the H4 Armor Skin) and I chose the Avatar Prop on Wave III but never got a code received for it hence why i’m concerned about the H4 bonuses.

Well when you pick up your copy of Halo 4, it will either be on a card, or on your receit.

You will get it from Gamestop when you get your game
