When Halo 4 was coming out, I wanted to pre order it. My grandma asked me what I wanted for Christmas, I told her to pre order halo 4. So she pre ordered it at Gamestop late October. So I opened it on Christmas, and when I started playing,I didn’t get the pre order bonus of the game.(I never pre ordered anything before so i don’t really know what to do 
) There wasn’t anything in the box except the 2 disks and the 14 day gold trail. Thanks!
