Don’t be misslead by the title there is a takeout paper that is part of the Hearld Sun Newpaper in Australia called Play which keeps you up to date in Entertainment. They just gave their opinions on Halo 4:
“Master Chief is back in a new trilogy, but interest in the series had dropped off significantly by the end of the first trilogy. They’ll have to do something drastic to win gamers back.”
Once some real information is released either through pictures or gameplay, their opinion will change.
I completely agree with them. 343’s secrecy in combination with the community response to Reach isn’t exactly good for this franchise.

So… Did they just barely publish this? If so, this kinda late.
And by “Kinda”, I mean REALLY late. E3 2011 (Or around there) would’ve been a better time to publish this. Just seems out of nowhere.
That’s not really an opinion on Halo 4… more like stating an observation about the Halo series.
