Halo 4 Perfection Medal

Ok so, On the Career section, you can see every medal and how many of each you have.
he perfection medal says it can be unlocked in: CE, 2 2A, 3 and 4.
I just finished a game of Halo 4 with 21 kills and 0 deaths. Why didnt I get the medal?
People have talked about how it was a commendation, however, it still says it can be unlocked in Halo 4.

Because Legendary Medals are broken. In Halo 4 you can only earn unfrigginbelievable and td. No other medal is obtained, including perfection and steaks!

P.S. 343 won’t patch it, they are too busy counting money from Halo MCC and Halo 5 preorders
