I have some worries about my order for the HALO 4 - Original Soundtrack (Limited/Numbered Special Edition Boxset), I just got the mp3 file they include for all orders and it is awesome.

Now I am not in the US so I had many options for delivery some were very high, as high as $140 this is twice the cost of the item so I did not opt for that what I did choose was the option under USPS/More this presented the shipping method of Intl with Tracking,(3-1 5days).

Now why does it say 3-1 then 5 days isn’t it 1-3 days or 5 days I’m a bit lost on that.

Also I am lost as two why the page with all three versions of the soundtrack it says first 5000 get

. Yet in the bulletin it says

. Which is it?

As for the personalized bit how will he know who to personalize it to? I had a problem as I put the ship to under my name, but the card is my mothers. I got her to put the order on as I’m waiting for more money to come in next month, now becuase it is under my name on the address the billing name decided to also be my name, but the name on the card is my mothers name, also the customer job is my mothers name. How do I know what the personalization will be using, I assume it will be a signed item and done with a persons name along with the autograph.

Since two months till release I have plenty of time to correct all this, but I want to make sure I have done the correct thing with the order.

I think you’re supposed to read it as 3-15 days for shipping. Its probably going to take a while.
I went for the UPS Lite option ($30 to UK) and you can track it as far as getting to the UK, then its up to whatever local postal service. A similar thing will apply to wherever you’re getting yours!

As for the limited first 5000 stuff, id say everyone will probs get an Avatar item, but the first 5000 will get the signed/personalised stuff… maybe. It is confusing i agree! In terms of HOW it will be personalised, can’t imagine its going to be Dear [insert name here]. Probably just going to be his signature or something. Wouldnt worry about what names are on the order forms!!

Thanks, just got a confirmation email from theendrecords the name in the shipping and billing are correct, no idea why the payment site shows otherwise. You are correct in saying that it should be 3-15 days, it has tracking also I went for the $44.00 option.

I hope we can keep this topic alive so when others do get it sent out we can all see how quick everyone gets it and what was included.

I hope I don’t get tax on top of that as they charge vat + a processing fee.

Maybe found a UK store on the page direct from http://halo4soundtrack.com/row.html it is £57.80, how will the first 5000 be shared out between stores? Also what is the best way to cancel my existing order as this will arrive sooner and will cost me less about £18 less before tax even!

Has anyone been able to make an order with them I’m having problems as it doesn’t ask for name as it is on card. Also can anyone confirm if this is a UK company, if anyone can find there email address or contact details please reply with those.

Got it working using Safari not Firefox, I am lost as to how this 5000 will work and what will happen to the personalization mentioned in the bulletin.

Also with that store you get to download the OST on release day

As on either store I ordered from none mentioned about it being personalized but other mentioned an avatar code along with it being numbered.

When I placed my first order when I created this topic no flags were on the page, so usd was the only page viewable row is what I found to be available today. So I am now trying to cancel the order I placed using the usd page.

Can anyone confirm that the 5000 will be spread on all three regions and that these will be personalized by Neil Davidge.

It’s probably meant to say 3-15 days for delivery. As for the rest, I don’t know.

Thanks but no longer interested in the USD page info except to cancel the order, I’ve now sent them an email via the site contact link.

Just to compare USD to GBP, if you are in the UK or Europe it might be work changing the order over £17.48 cheaper and a lot quicker and no tax as long as you are in the EU.

I have also sent a tweet to the official soundtrack twitter account but thats not been active for over a month even though this is now available to order in advance.

I think once I get my USD order closed I will message the shop and get a note added to the order just in case :wink:

Or if money I’m waiting for turns up sooner than expected replace the order with my details :slight_smile:

Anyone know if the money is taken on the 22nd October or is it as soon as the order is placed?

I sent an email sending and still have not heard back from the store, they claim to aim to reply with 24 hours. If anyone can find an actual email address and not a form to email them please add those.

I hope I can get a direct response from that store.

Update :smiley: they must be reading this, awesome! Just got two emails and it has been resolved, thanks.

Now just waiting to find out more information about personalization, and a few other questions about the edition but I think that is the only unknown at this time.

Hopefuly others in the UK or AU will see this and make sure the page is correct for there region now that the pages are available.
