Halo 4 Ordinance

Ok, we all saw it, the halo 4 ordinance activated by either kills or points, doesn’t matter, what matters is that it exists

I’m guessing that the available ordinances are equipped in your custom loadout for selection, and when a certain goal is met, you can use the ordinance to further your progress…

(Sound Familiar COD fans??)

I’m not comparing to cod, I’m am simply stating that a type of kill streak or such has been included into halo 4 masked as an ordinance.

Jump to 1:16 here to see what I mean…

343i has already confirmed its gametype specific and not a core function of the game.

That’s a given, I’m not talking down halo 4, i’m just saying what it looks kinda awesome in a way…

I had a negative reaction at first lol…

Player Ordnance drops are not in regular Slayer, but Infinity Slayer.

This is really one of the only things I don’t like. i never liked the idea in COD. In my humble opinion it gives the better player even more of an advantage unless it’s a time thing that everyone gets. I like the idea of every thing on a map being equal. Guess I’ll adapt though.

Read this before you flame me. Over all I love what I’ve seen. I’m really excited for this game in a way I haven’t been since waiting for Halo 3. I’m just not liking this one idea.

I believe that ordanance is random, but it always gives a chance of 1 or 2 weapons, a player boost (eg oversheilds) or a chance to deliver granades (instead of the second weapon). So a ordanance could be this: Speed boost, Sniper Rifle and Plasma granades.

It’s acctually an accepted change for me. A good way to get better weapons.

What Isn’t accepted is the random weapon spawns through the map >:(
