I know you like money. And I like giving you money in exchange for awesome things.
Once thing that would most certainly be awesome:
A 1080p port of Halo 4 on Xbox One with cross-platform matchmaking.
You know what to do… make us very happy and release a GOTY version of Halo 4 for Xbox One. Hell, chop the game up and just give us campaign for download if you have to.
I will save many of my earth monies and throw them at you once you release this.
That would be a great idea to play Halo 4 onto the Xbox One, but if the Xbox One has a backwards compatible, then everyone would play all of the Xbox 360 games onto Xbox One, and be able to play some of the previous Halo games.

Pretty sure they’ve said the XB1 isn’t backwards compatible.
Xbox One isn’t backwards compatible indeed sadly… this annoys me greatly.
I’d be up for a Halo 4 Xbox One version if they did it though even if it irks me to pay twice for the same game (kinda like one of my old BurnOut games when the 360 came out).
I have been thinking about this also. The only way I can afford an X1 is if I trade in my 360. I really don’t want to do that and stop playing Halo, UNLESS Halo 4 is offered on demand or something on the X1. I need my Halo fix! I think it would be great to have H4 on the X1 and the cross matchmaking, though I’d be surprised if that happened.
> I would rather they focused on hardware that delivers new experiences and not dilute that by having to support the old format, too.

> Also, backwards compatibility would just give you Halo 4 as it already is on 360.

> A clean 1080p version would look godly.
Because 80 millions people have a 360 and X1 will likely not reach a quarter of that figure for more than a year (based on the 360’s original sales)… thats why they would.
It’s slightly ridiculous there’s no presence of Xbox’s biggest franchise at launch.
It would have been a great opportunity to create a spin off game and establish another pillar for the Halo universe.
> It’s slightly ridiculous there’s no presence of Xbox’s biggest franchise at launch.
There’s nothing wrong with that. Halo 3 didn’t come out until a year and a half after the Xbox 360 launched.
The best games on a new generation of consoles tend to come at least a year after the console has launched. What launch titles did the Xbox 360 have? Perfect Dark Zero? King Kong? Kameo? Hardly blockbuster games.
I heard any games this year and a little bit of last year like halo 4 can be converted to a xbox one game just by going to gamestop and paying 10$. I’m probably going to do that for some of my games.

That’s incorrect and disinformation.
You can upgrade 360 titles that also have Xbox one counterparts like battlefield 4, call of duty ghosts and ea sports games.
You CANNOT take any recent 360 game (except for the ones I just listed) and upgrade it to an Xbox one version for $10. That is not true.

A: Incorrect.
B: Show me the place where it lists games that can be converted. Because I know only 10 or less of the new games coming will be upgradeable.
