Halo 4 on Installation 00?

l was browsing through Halopedia earlier today, and this looked alot like what the Chief was heading towards in the Halo 4 teaser.

you mean the ark? sorry man , the ark is the thing in halo 3 that controls all the halo rings, its not that, most likely to be a teleporter leading to a shield world.
