This is not for sure but I read on Amazon that Halo 4 would exit on 31/12/12 CLICK I posted on the click the link to the product
That seems wrong to me. I’m 100% sure it’ll be before Christmas, because who doesn’t want to get Halo for Christmas? Lol.
Amazon just has a placeholder date. I doubt 343 would miss the Christmas market, they’re not total morons.
well as I said above its not for sure, btw Amazon is a really serious site
When the 343i employees wake up on the 22nd of december, they’ll probably think: ‘Oh -Yoink-, now we actually have to release Halo 4…’

CHANGEMENTS
I have my doubts -.- my apologizes but that’s true T_T
> Amazon just has a placeholder date.
Correct, the LATEST the game will come out is the end of this year, as all they have officially said is “Holiday 2012”. The release date is still unknown, Amazon won’t know until we know.

The internet is serious business.

Not every site on the internet has good purposes
I’m going with an October/November/first week of December launch period.

close this topic please
Alot of online retailers use placeholders, to allow for preorder but not commit to a game being released on a specific date. If they said September 15th and millions preordered the game, if 343 had never intended on releasing the game on 9/15 Amazon would have some explaining to do. So many times when establishing a placeholder they push it out further than the release window, or attempt to make it a date most people would assume is inaccurate. ie. after the holiday season.
