Lmfao, a game released 6 months ago now worth 20 bucks. You do know why, right? Too many people are returning their discs. I would have as well if gamestop didn’t offer you 5 bucks when I had paid 60.

Now now, don’t get all defensive. It’s the perfect chance for someone who has a friend who doesn’t have the game to go pick it up so your “disinterest” doesn’t speak for everyone. I have a friend who is getting it today because it’s on sale and we beat every Halo game together so far.

I got Dark souls for 12$ off amazon. Amazing game. Currently going for 20$ on demand.

Halo 3 is 2 dollars extra and gives you a solid campaign and fantastic matchmaking.

You seemd to have taken it as a “diss” and felt that it was meant to mock Halo and you seem to be emotionally tied into the game so you’re on the defensive. My intent, again, was to tell everyone, “hey, it’s on sale, pick it up for someone if you haven’t already”. I shouldn’t have had to have explained that at all because most people understand a great deal when they see one.

I’m not on the defense, i just find your reaction funny. “OH CRAP! HALO 4 PRICE IS BEING REDUCED AT BESTBUY! Is…is this a sign of things to come?” i haven’t even touched halo 4 since april.
Anyways look at the threads around you. Do you honestly think anyone will buy another copy of halo 4 for their friends? do you think they’re going to suggest a game they dislike to their buddies?

Halo 4 for $20 is a good deal. There are a lot of $20 games which are incredible and have long hours of gameplay. Rayman Origins, Demon Souls, every Mass Effect Game, Lego games, mortal kombat.
Because a game is $20 doesn’t mean it’s a bad game. I don’t know why console users take this approach that low prices games means its a horrible game. PC gamers practically live on low priced games and love when games are $20 or less.
Halo 4 has sold over 8 million copies in about 6 months while it took Reach almost a year to do the same. This game is a success in terms of sales however, the game does need some serious improvements to reach its overall potential. I think everything here is just pointless speculation as to why the game is stamped at a lower price for a short amount of time. Unless 343i starts crying bankruptcy, I’m pretty sure the Halo games are doing just fine. Time will only tell concerning the Halo 5 sales.
