I have Halo 4, and I cannot play campaign or multiplayer online because it is saying I do not have the DLC. I purchased all of the DLC and it still will not let me play my game at all. I called xbox live and went through all of the troubleshooting steps for 2 hours, and nothing worked. I still cannot play my game. They told me to get ahold of 343 and ask here where I go next. I used to be able to play my game without problems, and now, I cannot play it at all. What could the problem be?
