Halo 4 not looking crisp on my new monitor

Here’s the deal:

-I had an older lcd 32 inch tv that had a slow response time. I plugged my xbox in using the green blue red av cords. Graphics were great.

-I bought a 2 ms monitor to fix the response time, but the graphics aren’t good even though it is a 1080p monitor. Here’s the monitor: Dell S2330MX 23" Ultra-Slim VGA Monitor.

NOTE* I’m using a VGA cord instead of the AV red yellow blue green plug ins so I can plug in to the monitor and still use my Turtle beach x42s which have a fiber optic plug that plugs into the back of the av adapter type thing that plugs into the back of the Xbox.

I’m wondering how to fix the graphics issue and still be able to use the turtle beach head set. I cant use an hdmi cord because then I will not have anywhere to plug in the turtle beach.

Well Halo 4 runs in native 720p, so if its just a little fuzzier it could be that your new monitor is showing more of the pixels.
