I bet were all excited about the new UNSC weapons confirmed for Halo 4. In the new trailer we saw the following:
Battle Rifle
Assault Rifle
DMR
Rocket Launcher
Sniper Rifle
Sticky Detenator
Machine Gun Turret
Spartan Laser
But we also saw three new additions in the latest trailer:
Shotgun
SAW (Light Machine Gun)
Although altogether the UNSC have 10 weapons appearing in the game, so far a lack of Covenant and Forerunner weapons have been revealed. Can we expect to see more Alien Weapons??

Im not sure if this is a word for word quote but it’s close enough. 343i said in the upcoming bulletin that we will be seeing both covi and promethian weapons in the near future. They may have meant the next bulletin but personally I think they are going to make us wait for it. I mean its 343i, they love making us wait

Wonder what there bringing back? Wonder what there adding new… I wouldn’t mind seeing the Needle Rifle, but the Carbine seems to have replaced it. I’m sure they will bring back the Plasma Launcher or most likely the Fuel Rod Gun, as the UNSC already have the Rocket Launcher

They are bringing back old favourites like the Plasma Pistol, Carbine and Needler. The Storm Rifle is the beefier replacement to the Plasma Rifle.
You never included the Railgun in the OP.
I’m very excited to see the Forerunner and Covenant weapons. We’ll have more weapons than any previous Halo game.

Anyway, my excitement for Halo 4 is steadily increasing. As soon as I get on MP, I’m going straight for the Railgun… can’t wait!
