So people, i don’t know if this has been posted yet, and please forgive me if it has as i haven’t seen anything on it in 4 pages of discussions.
I think the new shotgun is looking great! Like the Halo CE shotgun with a touch of forerunner tech! One complaint i have though is lack of colour, it would be perfect with some LEDs on it like in Reach.
It looks freaking amazing. I agree it needs more color but maybe there will be color in the final game. I really want to see the Shotgun in a first person picture.
It looks pretty beefy though it could be better with some lights (please return the blue or green lights. Either one will be fine).
What i really want to see is that thing in action. I hope it is a power weapon and not something you can spawn with in MP (custom games are fine). There has been some talk about it being available in the lodaouts.
I reckon that looks as good as the Halo Reach shotgun, which is an awesome thing. It looks like a human shotgun but with a slight futuristic twist to it, very nice design indeed.
They just need to get the guy who designed this Shotgun to work on the Storm Rifle.
I like the look of it. Hopefully gets some lights on it too.
Talk about it being in loadouts, if it’s TRUE then it’s no longer a power weapon and will have to be toned down so that a Scatter Shot is more desirable.
I like how it looks more futuristic, but why does it look so Forerunner-like? We haven’t seen the slightly different from Forerunner Promethean style till now, the Shot Gun looks like it was inspired by them directly. The Shot Gun also has a similar shape to the Infinity.
I think a white stripe across the stock would serve well.
I was never a fan of Reach’s shotgun design but I love this. Personally I don’t think it needs any lights, I never understood the need for lights on a gun in the first place.
I personally like it, the Halo Shotgun of old just said ‘Hey, I’m a shotgun’ to me.
This says “Hey, I’m a walking death cannon” and makes me shiver in fear of it being in game as well as tremble in awe of the power it already seems to resonate from it’s very design.
