A true skill system just HAS to be put into halo 4 without it the game will be a disaster and everyone who has a clue about competitive gaming knows it and 343 knows it but for some reason they just wont do it. Even black ops 2 has a true skill system in line right now and a very good one a set of leagues where the top 2% of players based on W/L Ratio are in the highest division and top 18% are in the 2nd highest and so on why cant halo 4 do something like this? it eliminates the option to boost and sell accounts because people who are in the highest divisions have to keep playing and keep winning to stay in those divisions its similar to halo reaches arena system which was a fail because it was not done properly in my opinion. If halo 4 does not put some kind of true skill ranking system in place then the game in my opinion will just ruin the halo franchise altogether they have already failed at reach halo 4 is the last chance for the halo series and with BO2s new competitive system if halo cant compete with that then i can see so many players just switching games(including myself as much as i dislike cod im a competitive gamer and if cod is where the competition and fair balanced gameplay is at then thats where ill be headed as much as i love halo and it was always my favorite game) maybe not the hardcore halo fans but a lot of people will you guys can all flame on me for this post but wait and see whose laughing in the end if 343 doesn’t do something about the future of competitive halo because Halo is NOT supposed to be a noob friendly game its NOT supposed to be like Cod its a game of teamwork and skill.
I see a few rank resets in Black Ops 2. Why you ask, in every COD some cheat, mod, system exploit comes out.
As far as we know based on legitimate Waypoint/Frankie information, Halo 4 does have Trueskill matching. You just can’t see any other player’s Trueskill level.
