Whenever I play a Halo 4 a strange thing happens, whenever I use needler the needle don’t home in onto my target and if it does It doesn’t supercombine. This pretty much makes the needler an useless and obsolete weapon. Does anyone have any solutions to this problem?
It will only home in on them if they aren’t moving fast and your reticule is red when aiming at them.
I have had that happen many times with the plasma pistol on vehicles. Reticule turns red, it’s locked in, pull trigger, it veers completely off chasing where the Banshee was - but not where the Banshee is.
So if your lagged, any of the semi auto tracking weapons like the needler can miss.
The Needler has a range “sweet spot”. If the enemy is too close, or too far, the Needler will be useless. But if they are at that perfect medium range distance, without obstacles in the way. The Needler will slaughter them.

I know it’s a “U” but is it still “an useless”… It doesn’t feel right.
