ok this may sound weird but i need to contact 343 about a purchase made online from mighty ape, im in the US and Didnt know that buying from them wouldnt allow me to play the game or even use the armor code that it comes with it and ended up paying 100 dollars for the regular edition…so PLEASE HELP ASAP

I’m not sure what 343i can do about something that you purchased from mighty ape. I think this falls on your shoulders OP.
You will have to contact mighty ape customer services and ask for a refund, they should have email and live chat services on their website and should resolve the issue with no problems.
343 won’t be able to help you with this.

So you ordered a copy from NZ, now you want 343i to get you a refund or something because you only just realised about region locking?
Your best bet is to contact them to cancel, im sure they will let you.
