I’ve been watching lots of Halo 4 gameplay and one thing I notice it’s the fact that when you throw grenades you have to point upper than other Halos to make it fly and get far.
In my opinion in Halo Reach the grenades are very comfortable to throw and they fly perfectly where I think.
It probably be just a matter of practice but I don’t think it’s necessary that changing the trajectory of nades if right now are perfect.
When I played the E3 Build the nades felt pretty damn good. I did notice you have to point up with a quick motion and feel the correct trajectory for the nade. It really felt great for me throwing the nades across the map or off walls because it took more skill.
I chucked a Hail Mary across Haven and got the kill. It just feels right in H4 even though you do have to look a great deal upwards.
In Halo: CE the grenades were about right. In Halo 2 it was way too low for my liking. In Halo 3 and ODST it was improved closer to that “just right” area. In Reach I thought they had kept it the same, but when I went back into ODST my grenades were flying way too high. How the hell does that work?
