Okay, I have been looking for a specific track that I believe wasn’t officially released. It’s the track that plays at the end of the game when John and Lasky are speaking on the deck of the Infinity. Lasky says that soldiers arn’t machines and John says that she said that to me once. I’ve been looking forever and can’t seem to find it anywhere. Help would be appreciated.
Unfortunately it seems it was left off the official soundtrack. Wouldn’t be the first time something like this happened.
I skimmed through both volumes of the Halo 4 OST while simultaneously listening to that cutscene, and nothing really sounded similar except Volume 12 Song 2 Lasky’s Theme, but even then I’m pretty sure it’s not the same.
I’ll look into it more later, getting late.

After looking at the cutscene again, if you mean the actual music playing during the exact lines you have quoted each character says, then that is the instrumental intro of the song ‘Never Forget (Midnight version)’ and is found on the Halo 4 OST volume 2 (track number 19 to be specific, I have both volumes). Yep, it’s the beginning of the “Never Forget”. It would be shame if they didn’t released it, such a beautiful and moving music. I like that Never Forget version more than the others.
