halo 4 multiplayer change

hey 343. ofcourse there are many that would desagree whit me now, but i really hope that the multiplayer in halo 4 stays like the real halo mode, no jetpacks, and things like that. just good old fashion walking. i bought reach and anniversary, i played some multiplayer in reach, i havent even tried the maps in anniversary, cuz i have gone back to halo 3. maby a option could be both gameplays, even though i hope it would just be the real halo playing.

Could not agree more OP, Make Halo 4 Halo again, we do not need another game in which the core mechanic’s are dumped on to make room for gimmick’s.

Everyone should start with exactly the same weapons and settings. That’s what Halo’s meant to be like.

I wouldn’t mind a jump pack though if everyone had it. Sort of like a double jump.

I never really liked double jumping, but you could always do a crisis 2 style “hold A to jump higher.” that said, it might not feel “halo” to some people, so there might still be the same problem that jetpacks and other AAs have caused (according to a relatively large section of the community).

for me, halo was fun men it was harder. cuz whit the abilities you can get around faster, and it makes it easy. like in halo 1 ctf, you could feel the presure when you died and couldnt kill the flag carrier, and to win you needed to have good teamwork, but when you can choose abilities it just gets wrong and easy, its just not classic halo. but there are so many ppl that plays halo so to get them all happy, 343 need to maby make 2 game modes, one thats like reach, and one like real halo. but that would never happend.

Yes! I would like old-style Halo please. New maps and some new guns. With the continuation of the storyline. In all honesty i think thats all some people ever wanted.

Halo 2 or 3 style multiplayer…maybe sprint…maybe.

I don’t want a H2 + H3/2 = H2.5 (or basicly BXR Starts reskined), I want a H1+HR/HW = WIN (or A fun competive, but easy to get into exciting game with thinging trumping aiming)

if you mean h1 + reach gamemodes in 1 game, isnt that just anniversary?

you could see when people was playing at its most, and that was in h3( then it was over 500k almost all the time) but in reach, last time i played it was just 2 maby 300k, but like there are so many people and we all cant be alike, but i hope thay make halo 4 halo again. reach was maby abit to fancy

I agree with the OP. Halo 4 really needs to be similar to halo 3 maps and MP. Halo Reach for the most part sucks. The Maps and Perks pretty much killed Reach MP first thing for me. Plus the maps on Halo Reach are to wide open. IF you are a zombie in living dead on reach. Chances of getting killed on those maps are much more higher then on Halo 3. Atleast on Halo3 Zombies had a better chance of getting to human and surviving. Perks for reach ruined Halo Reach. Halo 3 was better because people had to fight rockets and invis. and Powerup and so on. With stupid perks people are on equal ground pretty much. Boring in other words. Bottomline Halo3 much better then reach will ever be far MP goes. Please 343 make the maps much better and get rid of the perks point blank. Perks made MP in Reach cheap.

Gandhi Hop.

Stop adding pointless thing to the game. Just get better. Gandhi Hop make you jump farther Grav lift is already in the game to lift you to places you couldn’t get to. We don’t need things from Crysis 2.
