Halo 4 Multilingual

Hi,
I’d like to know whether Halo 4 will be shipped multilingual?
I live in germany but I like to play the game in the original english version.
None I know wants to pay for me via credit card in a british shop and I don’t have such a card.
I could sleep much better knowing that just setting the language of the console to english would also switch die language in the game.

All I know is that past Halo games only had the multiplayer voices in English if you changed the console language to that. Campaign was not affected by this.

It was different in Halo Anniversary, though. Changing the console to English also changed the campaign voices to English.
