Last night i moved forward with a plan that i had to Download Halo soundtrack songs so that i can play them while playing Reach online and for Firefight. I gathered songs from Halo:Legends, Halo:CEA, Halo 2 & 3. I must say that i was totally blown away like TOTALLY BLOWN AWAY! All the songs i saved, so far just 20 songs but the music adds soooo much to the game, it almost felt like a nex-generation game because it wasn’t all quite like how i’m currently used too. Halo 4 NEEDS to have music when playing online and when playing Firefight. I think there should at least be an option for us to turn On/Off MP/FF Music so if the user doesn’t want non of the Halo Hype then they can turn off the music. I don’t know whether the songs i saved were just perfect or if all Halo music is just perfect to be played with Halo online, but the things that would happen to me while i was playing last night with the music was just Amazing. I remember the upbeat Halo theme playing while enemy banshee was raingind down Fuel rods on my team. The music was playing like something Epic was about to happen, my whole time started to DMR fire on the Bashee and as it blew up the music climaxed like it was edited to fit the situation. Just perfect. Music HAS TO BE IN MP/FF!
I also have the Halo Soundtracks saved to my Xbox and I listen to them while I play. I love it. It does make it epic! Particularly Firefight, but there is one bad thing that happens when you have music playing from the Xbox HDD. … It turns off the Firefight voices!! I hope they fix this for Halo 4. I just want to listen to epic Halo music and still be able to hear the witty comments of Buck or Cortana.
