At the beginning of this panel, 343 shows us a new Halo 4 trailer that will be released in movie theaters on July 27th. Imagine how much publicity this will give Halo 4, assuming the Dark Knight Rises(Coming July 20th) will feature this before the film begins. The trailer is excellent, and truly gives you a reason to go out and introduce yourself to the Halo Universe with the game. Millions upon millions attending the movies in the next few weeks will see this trailer, and I think this is Halo 4’s chance to really spread its name. The trailer’s objective is to show you why video games are a greater experience than just watching a movie and emphasizes that YOU are the director and the star.
I’m just very hopeful that Halo 4 can really gain popularity and restore Halo’s rightful place on the throne of blockbuster video games and entertainment. It truly deserves insane attention, considering 343’s goal to innovate and reinvigorate a legendary game series. The Halo mythology rivals that of iconic movies like Star Wars, and if enough people were aware of Halo, it’s got potential to become widely known as one of the greatest sci-fi entertainment series’ of all time. And with trailers like these spreading like wild fire, anything’s possible.
Just watch the Call of Duty franchise start doing this after Halo 4.

I’m very surprised it hasn’t. Probably because it doesn’t need to, considering anyone with access to the web knows what Call of Duty is.
So, how much money does anyone want to bet that the Call of Duty franchise will start doing this once they lay their eyes on that trailer in theaters?
Yes, I -Yoinking!- love that. Those graphics are just…speechless.
At what point is this trailer? I’m not watching the whole thing for a trailer at the end.
Nevermind, it’s right at the start.
Thanks for this ^_^.
I like the moving mech. O_O
Good move by 343 and a really well done trailer.

Lol. Call it a mech.
OT: The graphics were stunning for an outdated console. I CAN’T WAIT!!!

Damn, what a fail… -_-
Chief owned that Elite…hard.

There’s the word I was looking for.
> Chief owned that Elite…hard.
Poor thing thought he could kill Chief. I wonder what thoughts were going through his mind as he plummeted to his demise.

How could I have dared to have challenged the demon? Splat
I once said I was getting H4 as late as possible.
Now I say, -Yoink- that, I’m going to get it ASAP!
> Chief owned that Elite…hard.
I thought it was funny. I can’t wait to listen to his scream.
What would be even more amusing is if the Elite could survive that fall. I know that it was possible for CE Zealots to survive a fall in the elevator rooms on AotCR and Two Betrayals. I trained long and hard with the surviving Elite.
I’d be excited if it came out July 20th. But a week AFTER The Dark Knight Rises? Well, I’m glad that’s when The Watch comes out.

Just wait. They’ll try character customization soon… and we’ll see a few things that look like Halo armor… and Halo weapons… God, I bet it’ll star a character called Lord Chief or something.

Do you know just how many people will be watching TDKR a week after? Bats will easily make another 250 million that week alone, meaning about 20+ million will be in theaters that week.
