Hi. My Halo 4 has no dialogue audio. All i hear are the sound effects the guns and the music but the dialogue is muted for some reason. Also whenever i get to the part in mission 1 where i have to get outside the ship the game dosent load and the door dosent open. Its been four days and i am stuck in mission 1. Is it a problem with the disc or is it something else? Can someone Please explain to me How i fix this. Thanks
I would start by checking the disk for no scratches and or smudges. Also check the settings both in the lobby and in game for any mute options. If the disk was bought used it may have something to do that the previous owner did. Other wise I can’t think of what might be wrong. If someone else you know has a copy of halo 4 ask to borrow it and see if their copy works. Also vice versa try your copy on their game console. There is a very slim chance it may be something with the system but I highly doubt it.
