[Solved] You can’t find Castle, Crimson nor Majestic DLC and tried downloading War Games Map Pass but when booting up Halo 4 it says you need to install the War Games Map Pass though you hit 100% of the download.
The marketplace on Halo 4 must have been buggy for me so I redownloaded “War Games Map Pass” from the X360 dashboard instead and it worked when looking in custom games the maps were installed.
The War Game Map Pass actually includes Castle Crimson Majestic Map Packs instead of their individual downloads like it once was.
It’s solved!
Just don’t forget to download it from Xbox marketplace not the Halo 4 quick option to download DLC when you’re on the game it self. If you had the same issue as me for these 3 Map Packs.
Did you buy the DLC for H4 when they became free? If so, you can still download them. If not, then never mind. I agree, 343i should have given more time before delisting the games.

On my former main account I redownloaded Crimson, Castle & Majestic then booted up legacy H4 and headed to custom games it said I was missing these DLC. Champions DLC is now registered after multiple downloads and was always on the market place but earlier the maps were missing (after like two download attempts on H4 it said I was missing them) now it says I have them. I click the custom game missing DLC maps which takes me to a quick marketplace link there’s 33 items and have triple checked… Castle Crimson and Majestic are no longer listed. I also triple checked the halo 4 market place on X360 dashboard. If this effects those with the DLC to play on these maps? Just a friendly warning on what’s happening to legacy halo 4.
