problems when redeeming your promotional code?.
This week I bought a figure of halo 4. purple spartan C.I.O. to be exact … the code is activated via iphone on xbox.com page … this is where the problems start …
when Start in to my xbox 360 there is nothing in the list of downloads … and nothing in the game to indicate that I have a new armor skin … I called xbox support to ask if the code was checked and informed me yes … what the hell happened?
Try the code again on your Xbox?

If it says the code has been used, check your download history on your Xbox. If its there, simply redownload it.

I had already called to verify it was me who that activated that code … coinciding the day and time compared with the data that told me the assistant xbox support … something went wrong in the traffic of pending download files …

There are two places to view downloads: Active Downloads and Download History. The place you need to check is Download History. Here are the steps to follow.
