Do you guys think that in Halo 4 there should be more snow,rain,water,trees in the Maps…maby like an option to spawn things like that? And there should be more things like you can spawn a bunch of grass or water, and have more than 2 lighs able to spawn…and maby have collossium walls exept big flat rock ones, and maby a map in the jungle or rainforest…
Because everyone uses Forge world and the maps turn out gray…and it gets annoying because then remakes suck…but i think that they should have more maps like Halo 2 and Halo 3’s… And Have some remakes that arent like Forged…ACTUALLY Remakes…not forged…What do you guys think???

and I just want good small maps that are balanced and really big maps, some one sided for objective and some symmetric for Slayer.

I really hope so. However, you have to remember that the majority of the maps (excluding DLC) in Halo games are based off environments in the campaign. Whatever the setting is in Halo 4, I’d say at least half of the matchmaking maps will be based off that.
Besides that, I really would enjoy a jungle/rainforest themed map. At night. In the rain.

There really hasn’t been true jungle or rainforest map in the Halo series… Guardian was forest-y, I suppose.
That’s one of the things that I find annoying. Bungie heard the outcry for weather options in Forge once Halo 3 released but, even with Forge 2.0 there was still nothing. I would love to see this as both a Forge option in Halo 4 and fixed in other maps.

Timberland was forest based, not rainforest or jungle themed.
Timberlands was an awesome map though, pretty pumped it’s getting a reboot!

And with options like these, you can be more creative…and Really cool maps…
Well we never know if the game itself even takes place on more places than the dyson sphere/planet…but then again, we were lead to believe that Halo 2 and 3 would take place on earth only.
For Halo4’s maps I hope the maps are all different in shapes, size and have some classic and some new themes. We NEEEEED!!! a forge world 2.0 and as for forge it self… well for the next few Halo’s I think it should be almost Godly and getting Godlier with each new game. Maybe the ability to change the climate or the atmosphere, maybe a space map, gravity boxes so you could make it so when you walk in to a room suddenly the gravity will change, I would love to see enough tools to literally make your own imagination come to life, no mater how big( as long as its in the preset map) no matter how you want it to look and work. When Halo6 comes out I hope its good enough to just call it God mode.

And at the end of Halo 3 leendary ending they were heading into something and that was said on Halo 4 Teaser too…so i dont know…
