halo 4 majestic map pack dlc unavailable

so…of the halo 4 dlc for the xbox 360 halo 4, on xbox one via backwards compatibility…the only dlc I am missing, is the majestic map pack.
its even listed on the xbox live market place and the microsoft store website.

small problem.

its unavailable. on both stores. what the -yoink- is going on here? its been this way since the original 360 halo titles were made backwards compatible.

I think it was replaced by the map pass. Once you download the pass, you should get the maps.

Not 100% sure though, sorry OP.
