We have the MANTIS which will be AWESOME for Machinimas.

We have Promethean Weapons which DISINTEGRATES players. JUST IMAGINE HOW WE CAN USE THIS FOR MACHINIMAS.

We have a ton more weapons which can be used for different purposes in Machinimas.

The graphics are MUCH improved and A LOT more detailed than before.

ASSASSINATIONS ARE SO MUCH BETTER.

We have Thruster pack for Machinimas as well as various other AA’s.

AND MOST IMPORTANTLY THE ANIMATIONS HAVE BEEN IMPROVED

YOU CAN ALSO LOWER YOUR WEAPONS TOO, THANK GOD.
SO BASICALLY; HALO 4 MACHINIMAS WILL BE AWESOME.
Only real down side I’d say is that we have no elites D:. Although, hopefully that’ll lower the amount of UNSC vs Covenant themed machinimas because those just suck now…

I’d rather have both.
Also Flood Machinimas will require a friends and will be harder, also I’d say Zombies can only be used for very few concepts whereas Elite can be used for so many.

anyway, these things aren’t what makes machinimas awesome, what makes them awesome is not the tools but the stories that people create, you can have good tools all you like but if the script is crap then the machinima is crap, its just polished crap.

We’ve only ever been allowed to play as two different species.
I’d take flood over elites any day.
Plus any machinima requires friends.
Elites have alot less purpose than flood mate.

same forge objects, same object limitations and same budget limitations.
magnets, lock, highlight and duplication are very minor tihngs that don’t actually add anything new to forge, it just makes it more user friendly then it was n reach.
dynamic lighting doesn’t really do much to help maps other then make them look darker, the grey problem is still going to be there.
pretty much, everything you can make in halo 4s forge you couldn’t already create in halo reach, so, halo 4s forge is the same as reach because there is nothing new on offer.

What did you have in mind? Because Elites were nice for some Covy based machinimas, though I have seen many good machinimas that did not use a single elite.

yes i’ve watched the videos, they haven’t added anything to expand on what i can build but have left me with what i had in reach.

We don’t play as Flood in Multiplayer though, we only turn into them in a certain game mode.
And Flood player models is a stupid idea anyway, only Elites and Spartans work as Player models.
