Anyone on here still play Halo 4 on their Xbox 360 and has a Twitch account?

That or if you are willing to make a video of you scrolling through the Look Sensitivity settings and send it to me.

We could tell you in this post. Much easier, I think I use 10 at look sensitivity in Halo 4.
However, I do have an Twitch account that I don’t use.
