So I don’t have a problem with Halo 4 itself, but I played all levels on Legendary by MYSELF and that Lone Wolf achievement did not unlocked and when I go to my service record here it says I completed them in Co-op when I have never played Halo 4 with anyone else…
In the xbox achievement app, does the achievement say “Done! Unlocking…” ? If so, it’s registered completion and is just waiting on the xbox live achievement server to pop the achievement for you.
Heard that happens when you save/quit and then resume later. It is bull crap, but for now you have to be extremely safe and play each mission all the way through without quitting and resuming. And then when you get on later to do another mission, don’t press Resume. Choose the mission from the mission list and just get a fresh start
It’s down to Halo Waypoint not registering completions on levels correctly. It was the same with Halo 2 for me but currently that seems to have sorted itself out, just waiting on 343i to fix Halo 4 since it claims the same thing as the OP on my game. Kind of annoying since I have solo’d the campaigns several times over, I should have the solo achievement for completing all the campaigns on legendary by myself by 343i are kind of getting on nerves with these glitched achievements that seem frequent, bugs like some terminal’s not working, etc…
This happened to me too. It seems it doesn’t count the mission as completed if you hit resume. When you start a mission, you need to finish it. In my experience, it also only counts the mission you started as completed if you do multiple in one go. I had to play through 4 of the missions again. Fortunately for me, I enjoy the campaign and it’s fairly easy, even on legendary.

Na the others have it right these are missions I resumed, but I still don’t understand why it would count it as co-op play
I’ve got one mission left on my solo legendary run right now… Or so I thought. I actually have 5 missions left. If you start a mission make sure you finish it!!

Ya I have to finish “Forerunner” and “Composer” again 
At least it doesn’t steal weapons out from under you anymore.

As long as that fact remains, I don’t mind having to redo a couple missions. I won’t like it, but… I have horror stories of the 360 version’s despawn rate.
