I purchased the all DLC, I am SR130, I’ve bought all the items to customize classes. They just reset and i have to re-purchase all of the weapons, grenades, AA’s, Tactical, and Support Packages. Is there a way to fix this?
I have had this happen twice to me today. Does anyone know what’s causing it or if there’s a way to avoid it?

This happens to me if I play a campaign mission.
If I just stick to multiplayer it doesn’t reset them.
Perhaps you played campaign?
There’s several topics on this in the Halo 4 forum, hopefully 343i staff notice and get to work on fixing it as soon as possible because it’s really annoying!

I’m actually starting to think that Custom Games might be causing it. The glitch happened again yesterday, after I spent some time in CGs practicing some jumps. IIRC, the last time it happened was after my friend and I played some 1v1 CGs against each other.
We’re investigating a few triggers–are you able to replicate this issue every time you do custom games?
It’s a gamble as to whether my loadouts are there or not when I start a multiplayer game. They reset and I go to them to modify them they are shown as correct but then reset when I select one. Bloody annoying.
when I play campaign it resets the load outs/Tokens. After shutting down the xbox 360 and restarting the xbox 360 load outs/tokens/stances reset.

It’s not customs doing it. I only play MM and Customs and I have the Bundle as well. I had not played anything but those since DLC release.
After reading I decided to play a Campaign mission. I loaded up Rally Point Charlie (deleted previous checkpoint) on Forerunner, played for about 10 minutes, then saved and Quit. Opened my loadout menu immediately after lobby came up, and everything reset. Had 52 SP and everything needed unlocking again.
It’s definitely campaign.

I’m sure there are people on this very forum who could fix this if given the source code.

you know the problem was starting after the last DLC update and that was 2 weeks ago.
if players like us are not reporting problems on the forum then can 343 not fix it.
Admittedly its been far, far worse in the last month or so, but it has been an issue since release…
I thought I paid $100 to play the game not beta test halo 5??
if you have the problem longer why you have not post it on the forum to see if more players got it?
I’m having the same problem. Sp52. I think it must be the campaign, i have Crimson,majestic and castle but no other dlc, but recently went on campaign for the first time in ages and this was the result.
