So I’ve been seeing many things across the internet that are saying the Limited Edition isn’t worth as much as it had originally started out. I’m not sure if everything I’ve seen is true but what I have seen so far is : Recruit is now default which was included with the LE, the season pass included with the LE does not come with the helmets that the stand alone season pass comes with , and specializations are all available as long as you play until Nov 20. I haven’t seen these things confirmed or disproven but if someone could let me know what is true and false or show me where it has been confirmed that’d be much appreciated.

All of that is confirmed a long with FuD being a stream instead of a physical copy. I don’t have direct links but there are many threads on it and you could probobly google search and find it all. It isn’t worth it anymore.
It’s still worth it. Sure it’s not AMAZING, but still worth it.
Lets all just take a breath and realize that things happen, we still get maps, a case, armor skin and weapon skin, and a FREAKING AWSOME GAME!!!

IMHO Halo 4’s campaign is worth 100 dollars alone, plus multiplayer and spartan ops= take my money.

That’s the thing, everybody assumed they were getting a DVD of FuD. From the very beginning, it was listed as digitally streamed.
I agree Halo is worth every penny but let’s be realistic here if I am a completionist when it comes to the armor and the LE isn’t bringing me as close to having it all as I once thought it was. The other things that come with the LE will be nice to look at a couple times and I know I’ll get a beast case to have it in but this is kind of a downer. It’s 40 more dollars. I know it comes with the map packs as well but you can get both and save at least 15$. Thank you for those who gave me the links to confirm this stuff. I might stick with the LE because it is Halo and it’s going to be amazing regardless of the armor I have or am wearing.

No, originally it wasn’t, it was listed as forward unto dawn extended cut, that’s it that’s all, it was LATER listed as digitally streamed and is still a crappy excuse considering you don’t even own it.

Yeah guys, lets just take a breath an lets let -Yoink!- have It’s way with us, why vote with your wallets wen they are used to getting their way… right?
We don’t all think It’s “worth” it, I don’t enjoy throwing away my money, and I don’t like companies misleading me.

LOL No you are no, people that “collect” don’t buy one copy and then open it, they buy 2 and keep one sealed and in mint condition.
I do feel a little mislead as to what I thought I was getting with the LE. There are still exclusives to it so I’m going to stick with it as I would end up getting the map pass anyways and I would only be saving 15 dollars if I downgraded to the standard.
