halo 4 limited edition what is the 2nd disc?!

OK i know this question is still a mystery and i was wondering. what do you think is on the second disc in the LE? do you think the 2 discs mean one is multi-player and the other campaign? or could it be something else? its not FUD i know that because you have to download it from way-point. but what do you think it is?

Yes Multiplayer and campaign will probably be split up.

I’m pretty sure they said it would be streaming which is quite dastardly of them.

oh ok thanks for the correction.

hopefully it wont be any special features or something. that would stink

Since I like special features i’m hoping it might be some behind the scenes look at creating halo 4 like Bungie did with halo 3 that shows things cut from the game etc, I find that sort of stuff interesting because if you have to change the disc between playing matchmaking and then you want to play some campaign it would be an inconvenience. but I can see why they might want to but them on separate discs though.

You’re talking out of your bumhole, the second disc is a LE exclusive which holds the behind the scenes of FUD, a video about “What it’s like to be a spartan” and the COMPLETE FUD series with extended crap I think. How would they be split up if normal edition has only 1 disc?

This. but your reasons for this might not be entirely true.

Considering it’s an 8GB (I think?) install for the multiplayer, I would assume it’s either:

A. Campaign and MP are split, hence the 2 discs.
B. It is a “Making of”/“Deleted Scenes” like they did with Halo 2.

Both of these are possible scenarios, but I’ll put my money on (A).

how do you know it has only 1 disc? and FUD is not on a disc it is on waypoint. EDIT and what the guy above me said multiplayer is 8GB

First disc says CAMPAIGN, which means the second one will be Multiplayer.

link?

I don’t know i think more content on the game would be better than special features but that’s my opinion.

I wish they would incorporate Forward Unto Dawn on one of the discs

> I wish they would incorporate Forward Unto Dawn on one of the discs

why? i think the way 343 did is better than having a disc imo

Look at the front disc. If you zoom in, it says “GN” to right, below where it says “O 4”

Here ya go.

Another picture.

because that disc says “GN” on it, I’m going to assume that means CAMPAIGN, while the other disc is MULTIPLAYER.

To end all this confusion, I’d like to clearly prove that it does not make sense for the game to be split up into two discs. This means that:

The second disc is for special content like a video of the making of FuD.

As seen in this image, you can clearly see the writing on the second disc, saying “DISC 2”. It does not say campaign as someone above thought.

Also noted in this picture (for the Americans),is the rating on the first disc. This rating is NOT on the second disc in either images, meaning it is not part of the game. If it was, it would have to be rated as example of many games that have it on the second disc.

Halo 3:ODST had the rating on the second disc. Oblivion: GOTY edition had the rating on the second disc, and that was only a download for the game.

This means that the second disc is not multiplayer, and is also not downloadable content. This can only mean that this is the special content connected with the FuD Live Action Series.

If you can prove otherwise, please do.

its not FuD since FuD is waypoint only, so its something else. i guess we will just have to wait and see

well that is highly disappointing

Come on guys, what would be so big?

Campaign, 10 Multiplayer Maps, Forge and Theatre. That would definitely not take up 8gb…
