HEY, appearently im one of the many People who Had thier Halo 4 Limited Edition Pre-orders cancelled today (just before launch in 15 hours)
I talked to two Supervisors and a handfull of support agents from the MS store and they said that im not the only one…
They said that for some reason thier billing system decided to Re- charge the credit cards used for the pre-orders again, when they allready took the full amount out ($105.00) off of everyones cards.
they said they are trying to resolve the issue and that they will contact me by later today, or tomorrow.
I WAS FURIOUS AND STILL AM! I had Paid for my Pre-order on Sept 1st of this year and have been waiting for this day since then.
Please post here if you are in the same boat as me. PLEASE Microsoft, SEND ME THE HALO 4 Limited Edition I preordered!!!
