Everyone is getting their -Yoink!- in a twist over “perks.” I highly doubt that these “perks” will consist of longer sprint, faster reload, etc.
If they add anything of the sort, it would hypothetically be something that alters animations (reloading, hijacking, or assassinations for example), voices (Such as in firefight), hud display (location of radar, shield display bar style, etc), armor effects such as pestilence or the lightning effect. Potentially other weapon visuals, such as BR ammo panel color, or plasma color. I don’t see it going COD in ANY way. Frankie has stated it will stay, HALO.
