That may have something to do with it.
Loyal fans would have preordered the day they had the chance. Why would any loyal fan want to wait this long to preorder? Doesnât sound too loyal to me.

I donât think we need to worry about the game making money, Iâm sure the million + people who pre-ordered the game will take care of that.
Limited Edition is a pretty literal term, iâm not sure why youâre misinterpreting itâŚ
Itâs limited not legendary. You really should have preordered sooner 
you could take a chance and try waiting a day or two and checking a gamestop nearby to see if there are limited editions that were not picked up or scheduled to be picked up.

Limited Edition is, hence the name, Limited
i343 said its actually limited and people had to act fast.
Its not about money its about the value of the game. If limited isnât limited its not as valuable.
Itâs called limited edition for a reason.
Otherwise itâd be limited(but not that limited, so donât worry about it selling out) edition.
Theyâll make their money no problem with the standard version since if you still wanna play youâll be buying it.

Deadline?
There were limited copies of the gameâŚhence limited edition. All retailers have sold out of all copies of the limited edition. I pre-ordered mine well over 7 months so this wouldnât happen.
If you really want the limited edition, try ebay. Or go to ebgames/bestbuy locally. Perhaps there will be a few copies that were on reserve/cancelled preorders.

Itâs 5$ to preorder a game. The limited edition was announced many months ago. If it took you this long to scrounge up 5$ t preorder, I think a 60$ game in 10 weeks might be a little out of your price rangeâŚ
As for the âloyaltyâ thing, I apologize if it came off as rude - I simply meant to point out that if it had truly been a priority for this person, they⌠well, theyâd have made it a priority. As it stands, this smacks of someone just trying to blame someone else because they didnât get what they wanted.

Seriously, how long have we had to preorder Halo 4? A $25 down payment at Gamestop isnât a lot. There is no excuse but laziness for those who waited.

Dude, there is no real deadline. Itâs about if they are sold out. As in, each store only has a certain amount they can âpre-sellâ in a sense. As a former Gamestop employee, I got that âdeadlineâ question alot. We would tell people all the time, âPre-orders for the limited edition of (insert game) can end tomorrow, next week, or next month. Itâs about how many copies are left. We donât have a set deadline.â So yeah, wait a week or 2 before the game comes out and youâre most likely S.O.L.
